TTRPG Minimalist Cyberpunk Forged in the Dark.
CBR+PNK (Cyber plus Punk) is a tabletop RPG for one-shot sessions in the cyberpunk genre. You play as a team of RUNNERS — mercs, criminals, activists living on the edge and running in the shadows of a gritty, ultraviolent world — on their LAST RUN.
Built for One-Shots, CBR+PNK features a minimalist version of the acclaimed Forged In The Dark spread across 12 double-sided four panel pamphlets.
Each box contains:
GM Sheet – Contains the core system rules and a comprehensive breakdown of all the steps needed to run CBR+PNK one-shots.
5x Runner Files – The character playbook, also containing all the player-facing rules— character creation, stress, special actions, recovery, etc. Dry erase compatible.
Framework – Provides further guidelines for the GM on applying Consequences, general advice, on the fly /RUN creation tables and rules for campaign play.
Mind the Gap – A fast-paced /run ideal for introducing both players and GMs to the system, easily scalable for more experienced participants.
+WEIRD – Make the dystopia brighter and stranger by injecting +WEIRD. Build scenarios wherein Magic works side by side with Tech. Use Psionics as tool of resistance.
Mona Rise: Megalopolis – Heavily inspired by William Gibson’s Sprawl Trilogy, this scenario features an European urban complex controlled by three megacorps and dirty work to be done. It comes with factions, new threats, sample cyberware and additional tables to build and conduct runs.
PRDTR – Inspired by films like Predator, Annihilation and Firebase, PRDTR comes a complete search & rescue scenario with a relentless, adaptable hunter on the character’s track. This /run is set on a lunar terraforming colony, compromised after an insurgence. PRDTR features:
Cyberpunk Hunters – A /plugin designed to enable new sets of challenges, dynamics and rewards. Provides premade HUNTERS (operatives focused on taking down the characters), and rules to quickly build, modify, and incorporate them into your CBR+PNK /runs. Dry erase compatible.
